How do I book an experience?
Browse experiences on our platform, select your preferred date and time, and complete the booking process. You'll receive instant confirmation.
How do I become a host?
Create an account, navigate to the host dashboard, and list your first experience. Our team will review and approve your listing within 24-48 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before the experience starts and you get a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are not refunded. See our Cancellation Policy page for the full details.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Your payment is held securely and released to the host after the experience is completed.
How do I contact my host?
After booking, you can message your host directly through the GuideX app. Check your bookings to access the messaging feature.
